All electrical works, power distribution services, and safety inspections performed by KSpark Electricals GH are carried out by qualified technicians in compliance with local electrical codes and regulatory safety standards. It is the responsibility of the client/property owner to ensure that any required local municipal permits, estate approvals, or landlord permissions are secured prior to the commencement of our on-site work.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KSpark Electricals GH, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for:
Pre-existing Hazards: Any damages, power failures, or fire hazards stemming from pre-existing, faulty, or non-compliant electrical systems that were not fully disclosed or were concealed within walls prior to our Fault Detection & Troubleshooting or Rewiring services.
Third-Party Equipment: Failures, defects, or inefficiencies in third-party hardware, including but not limited to solar panels, inverters, batteries, generators, air conditioning units, and security cameras. Equipment warranties are strictly bound to the manufacturer’s terms.
Grid Fluctuations: Damage to client appliances or systems caused by unpredictable utility grid surges, brownouts, or external lightning strikes that bypass installed Earthing & Lightning Protection systems due to forces Majeure.
Network & Software Dependencies: Intermittent connectivity, app failures, or hacking vulnerabilities associated with Smart Home Automation, CCTV remote viewing, or Access Control Systems that rely on third-party internet service providers (ISPs) or software apps.
The client agrees to provide KSpark Electricals GH technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the property, distribution boards, and designated work areas.
Note on Wall Damage: During Fault Detection & Troubleshooting or CCTV/Conduit Routing, our team utilizes professional tools to minimize disruption. However, KSpark Electricals GH is not responsible for structural restoration, plastering, or repainting unless explicitly agreed upon in a written service contract.
